KORAPUT: Despite restrictions imposed by the State Government, several organisations are allegedly engaging labourers for work from 10 am to 3 pm.
Labourers were seen working at a construction site of Koraput Medical College during Sunday noon. Similar activity was also witnessed in Semliguda, Sunabeda and Damanjodi. Many buses were also plying during this restricted time without arrangement for drinking water except for a few plastic bottles in a bucket.
