CUTTACK: St Xavier Group of Schools, which has made a huge contribution in educating children in many parts of the country, will organise the two-day 7th Inter Xavier’s Talent Competition (INXTACO)-2016 under the aegis of St Xavier’s High School, Nayabazar at Netaji playground in Potapokhari here from Thursday.

Around 1000 students from 40 branches of St Xavier’s Schools will take part in INXTACO to compete in 15 different competitions including debate, essay writing, elocution, pantomime, folk and fusion dance, group song, Xavier’s Got Talent, laughter show and science projects during the two-day extravaganza.
Talking to mediapersons on Tuesday, Director, St Xavier Group of Schools and Krishnamurty World School Prabhu Charan Mohanty said INXTACO is a national level mega cultural festival which aims at exploring talents of young Xavierians and providing a platform to young achievers with the theme ‘Vasundhaiba Kutumbakam’. INXTACO is being organised in alternate years across five States.
Over the years, INXTACO has become an wonderful platform for exchange of ideas and genesis of thought, Mohanty said.  

For the young Xavierians, INXTACO is the most awaited platform for a get-together of Xavierian family at a time when the whole world is getting ready to welcome the New Year, he said.
Mohanty also informed that ‘Rise’, a souvenir of Xavier Group of Schools, will be released on this occasion.

Principal, St Xavier’s High School, Nayabazar Vincebt Edassary said INXTACO would be the one of the best organised events so far.
Eminent persons, renowned educationists and academicians are likely to grace INXTACO which is being organised with support of TATA Motors in association with Ashok Leyland, he said.
Among others, Principal, Krishnamurty World School Anju Mehta and Principal, St Xavier High School (ICSE), Barabati Prasant Kumar Dash were also present.
