BERHAMPUR: Mystery shrouds the death of a farmer of Sikharpali village under Chhatrapur police limits in Ganjam district. The farmer, identified as Kandha Pradhan (62), was found dead at an isolated place near Chhatrapur railway station on Wednesday. As a pesticide bottle was found near the  body, locals suspect that he might have committed suicide. Kandha allegedly borrowed money from locals and was worried about repaying it. However, his son informed police that his father was on his way to hospital when he died. Police sent the body for autopsy and investigation is on.
