JAGATSINGHPUR: The Jagatsinghpur SP has sought intervention of Commissioner of Police for Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, YB Khurania for cancellation of arms licence of Orissa Stevedores Ltd (OSL) MD, Mahimananda Mishra and his son, Charchit Mishra, who is the Director of the group.
Mahimananda Mishra is one of the prime accused in the murder of Seaways Group manager, Mahendra Swain. Police said while Mishra is in possession of one pistol and 30 ammunitions, Charchit has one SWD gun and 25 ammunitions. Meanwhile, police raids on offices and other properties of OSL continue in various parts of the State.
