BJD’s new spokespersons declared

The ruling BJD on Sunday announced a team of new spokespersons to put forth the party’s stand on different issues in a more effective and focused manner.

BHUBANESWAR: The ruling BJD on Sunday announced a team of new spokespersons to put forth the party’s stand on different issues in a more effective and focused manner. Three Ministers, Surya Narayan Patro, Sashi Bhusan Behera and Pratap Jena, who were earlier in the panel of spokespersons have been dropped.

The 11-member new team includes Pratap Keshari Deb, Prasanna Acharya, Debi Prasad Mishra, Amar Prasad Satpathy, Prashant Nanda, Debasis Samantray, Arun Kumar Sahoo, Rabi Narayan Nanda, Samir Ranjan Das, Sasmit Patra and Sulochana Das.
BJD also announced 11 member team to represent the party in different TV channels during discussion on different issues. They are Raseswari Behera, Byomakesh Ray, Subash Singh, Mihir Mohanty, Tejeshwar Parida, Lenin Mohanty, Chinmoy Sahu, Rana Pratap Patra, Debasis Marandi, Santosh Amat and Sulata Deo. Besides, Rajendra Prasad Dholkia has been appointed as president of Nuapada district.
