The injured constables Rohan Swain, Gyana Swain and Mahendra Biswal were rushed to Capital Hospital for treatment. The miscreants have been arrested and handed over to Capital Police, assistant commissioner of police (Traffic) Jatindra Panda said.

The youths reacted while they were asked to produce driving license and vehicle documents. The pillion rider took out a knife from a bag and stabbed the constables who sustained injuries on neck, shoulder and hand.
