JAJPUR:Union Petroleum Minister and BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan on Sunday threw a challenge at Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik by saying that the CM should allow the Election Commission to conduct an inquiry into alleged irregularities in BJD election funding.
Addressing a gathering on ‘Mo Booth Sabuthu Majboot’ programme at Solara panchayat under Barachana block in Jajpur district, Pradhan said, “If you (Naveen Babu) are honest, allow Election Commission to conduct an inquiry. Let the EC inform the court about the finding of their inquiry.”
Pradhan also said that chit fund money of Odia depositors to the tune of crores of rupees has been diverted to the account of BJD.
