PUDUCHERRY: In a move to strengthen and rejuvenate the party before the Assembly elections in 2016, AICC Secretary G Chinna Reddy is in Puducherry to chalk out things. He would hold a meeting of the extended Pradesh Congress Committee at the Congress party office on Saturday. This is the first meeting after a change of guard in the party at Puducherry with A Namassivayam assuming charge of the party.
PCC executive committee members and the presidents of block Congress committee would be participating in the meeting, said Namassivayam. The party has decided to adopt some resolutions in Saturday’s meeting.
