ARUPPUKOTTAI: A government school teacher at Mallanginaru near Kariapatti was on Thursday arrested for allegedly molesting three of his girl students.
According to police, a few days ago, Jayanthi’s class teacher Muthuraj (44) of Kariapatti asked three clkass XII girls to come to his room in the school. As the three girls went there, he started pulling their hands and allegedly molested them. One of them narrated the incident during an awareness programme conducted by Childline on sex abuse. Police filed a case and arrested the accused teacher.
