Bar Council of India revokes suspension of 126 Advocates of Tamil Madurai

The Bar Council of India in New Delhi on Monday revoked it's earlier order suspending 126 Advocates of Tamil Madurai.

A resolution to this effect was adopted at its extraordinary meeting at New Delhi today..

By an order dated July 24, the BCI had suspended the advocates, mostly members of the JAC en masse for their months long agitations against the new set of disciplinary rules.
