HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad High Court on Thursday ordered issue of notices in a writ petition filed challenging the talent test to be conducted by FITJEE institutions. Justice Vilas V Afzulpurkar made this order while dealing with a petition filed by Rama Murthy, a parent, who alleged that when he asked for applications, the college management made it clear that unless the children clear the talent reward test, they cannot be considered for admissions.
The petitioner alleged that this is in violation of the Right to Education Act and sought direction to cancel the test.
