HYDERABAD: The state government on Thursday issued orders for constitution of Telangana State Planning Board with chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao as its chairman.
The Board which is aimed at chalking out plans for development of the state has finance minister Etela Rajendar as its ex-offico vice-chairman besides Singireddy Niranjan Reddy as its nominated vice-chairman.
As per the order, the Board is expected to advise the government on creation of appropriate institutions and procedures to achieve the objectives of growth by eliciting views of experts. Besides, it will formulate annual and perspective plans.
