HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad High Court on Friday refused to stay the ongoing police investigation into the alleged mismanagement of funds received from the foreign donors for charity purposes by a Christian organisation - Operation Mobilisation India.
The judge directed all the parties and the state government for filing counter affidavits and posted the matter after two weeks for further hearing.
