Laptops stolen from Amazon warehouse

As many as 36 laptops have been stolen from the Amazon warehouse at Kothur in Rangareddy district falling under the Cyberabad police commissionerate limits.

HYDERABAD: As many as 36 laptops have been stolen from the Amazon warehouse at Kothur in Rangareddy district falling under the Cyberabad police commissionerate limits. The police booked a theft case and are probing into it.

On Sunday, Amazon warehouse supervisor Naga Subbareddy lodged a complaint with the Kothur police that some electronic goods including laptops were missing from the warehouse. The missing goods included 20 HP laptops and 16 Apple laptops, all worth approximately `20 lakh.
The Kothur police, however, denied revealing the exact details of the goods missing, but said that based on the complaint a case under section 308 of IPC has been booked.
