HYDERABAD: CPM politburo member Brinda Karat on Friday said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was following the footsteps of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on every count in hoodwinking people.
Like Modi government at the Centre, KCR government in the state was adopting anti-farmers policies, she alleged.
While interacting with mediapersons, during ‘meet the press’ programme here on Friday, the CPM leader said that because of the ‘disastrous policies’ of the Modi government, number of suicides of farmers in the country is increasing with each day. TS is also witnessing similar trend in terms of ryots suicides because of the anti-farmers policies of the TRS government, she claimed.
