Election Commission has so far seized Rs 31.41crore in poll-bound Telangana: Rajat Kumar 

The CEO said that it was not yet established that the seized cash belonged to any political party or any contesting candidate.

HYDERABAD: Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Rajat Kumar said that so far Rs 31.41 crore cash and 65,064 litres of liquor worth Rs 1 crore was seized in the State.

The CEO said that it was not yet established that the seized cash belonged to any political party or any contesting candidate.

Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, Rajat Kumar said that Chief Election Commissioner OP Rawat enquired about the publication of the voters’ list. 

Stating that the publication of voters’ list has already been done, the CEO informed the people can still enrol their names till November 9.
