BENGALURU:  A day after contents of a diary revealing alleged payments made by some Karnataka Congress leaders to party high command surfaced in the media, BJP state president BS Yeddyurappa threatened to reveal more “explosive deals” to nail CM Siddaramaiah.

Continuing his attack on Siddaramaiah government, Yeddyurappa sought Siddaramaiah’s resignation and dissolution of the state Assembly.

“Let Siddaramaiah resign and seek a fresh mandate if he has even an iota of ethical and moral values after the revelations in the media about payment of huge amounts by Congress ministers to party high command,” Yeddyurappa said.

The crusade to expose the scams of team Siddaramaiah would continue. “I will come out with more explosive revelations, this time directly nailing Siddaramaiah in the next 3-4 days,” Yeddyurappa said.

“Congress leaders criticised me when I accused them of paying money to Congress high command to remain in power.

Now, the truth about the entries made in the diary on the payment made to Congress high command has been revealed by the media. Let the Chief Minister recommend for dissolution of the Assembly. Let us go to the people’s court,” Yeddyurappa demanded.

‘Congress, BJP have looted the state’
Both the national parties—Congress and BJP—have looted state’s resources to meet the fund needs of their respective party’s high command, JD(S) state president HD Kumaraswamy said.
