That BJP president Amit Shah is always on the go seems to have been taken literally by state party units. An over zealous unit booked Shah on a 6 am flight to attend an event, after which a senior BJP leader explained that no flights should be booked for Shah before 8 am.

After the appointment of Sanjay Mitra as the defence secretary, corridors are abuzz with the name of the country’s top defence scientist. DRDO’s head S Christopher retires this month, and the chief of the BrahMos missile project Sudhir Mishra is considered the frontrunner. Prasad’s Aadhaar ‘Card’
All Supreme Court judges were stumped at an event when Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad hailed his ministry for implementing aadhaar with all Central government schemes. Perhaps Prasad had forgotten that the legal challenge to aadhaar is pending in the Supreme Court.
