Expecting mothers are rushing to hospitals in advance fearing that they may not be able to make it on time due to the restrictions imposed in the Srinagar.
A total of 22 children have been admitted in the medical college since July 2 out of whom six died, said Medical Superintendent Dr VK Prasad.
