Three New Hatchbacks Arriving in India Soon

A list of three new cars which will hit the Indian soil very soon has been mentioned below.

Car enthusiasts have a lot to look forward to with three brands launching their hatchbacks in India. This is the time for the customers to choose from a variety of options and features according to the specific tastes. A list of three new cars which will hit the Indian soil very soon has been mentioned below. Have a look at them and decide if one of these cars fits your bill.

1.     Next Generation Chevrolet Beat: American auto giant General Motors is already working on the new generation Beat. They had first unveiled the mini beauty in the New York Auto Show this year and it had made quite a stir. We expect it will cause quite a few ripples in its segment the way Ford's new Figo did in the respective category. The car has undergone a significant change. It will now incorporate a 1.4 litre Ecotech engine under its hood which will have the capability to produce 100bhp. It is being built on the same platform as the new Chevrolet Spark. The car will be in all probabilities assembled in India. With India assembly, the price of Chevrolet Beat will be very competitive and can give cold feet to its competitors. GM is planning on launching a sedan version of the car too. As of now, nothing is clear on the sedan. General Motors intends to make India as the hub where small cars are manufactured and sold.

2.     Datsun Redi-Go: Datsun is a collaboration between Nissan and Renault. Redi Go has been built on the same platform as its rival Renault Kwid. In fact, the engine is also going to be the same, 800cc as working in Kwid and the car will be based on Renault- Nissan Alliance Module. The looks have been borrowed from Datsun GO as well as the Datsun GO+ MPV. The front grille is a rip off of GO whereas the bonnet has been taken from GO+ MPV. Along with the basic features, the top end variant might get airbags and ABS as the additional features. The car may be launched in the AMT version as well but as of now the details are not too clear. It sure is going to give a stiff competition to rivals Hyundai Eon, Maruti Alto 800 and Renault Kwid.

3.     Tata Zica: Tata motors is all set to introduce it's highly anticipated hatchback Zica and with the reports coming in about the new car, it surely won't be disappointing. Under the hood, it will come in a 1.2 litre Revtron and a 1.5 litre Revotorq engines and will have a larger displacement than its rivals, thus making the engine more powerful. Both the engines have been developed in-house by Tata Motors. Tata Zica will become the second car after Hyundai Grand i10 to have the City and Eco mode of driving. It will also get Harman infotainment system with 4 speakers and 4 tweeters for increasing the decibles. Besides this, Navigation app and Juke car app have been introduced too.
