Hyundai Motor India recently announced that it has introduced first in-segment Creta Petrol automatic variant (SX+), augmenting the overwhelming response to this product.

Since its launch, Creta has been a stellar success for the company, racing to 1,00,000 bookings within eight months. It has also been awarded the Indian Car of The Year 2016. “With safety as our priority, we have also introduced dual airbags as standard across all Creta variants. The automatic variants and enhanced safety features will be instrumental in achieving our aim to be the most preferred car manufacturer in India,” says Rakesh Srivastava, Senior VP, Sales and Marketing at HMIL.

The company also introduced the dual airbags as standard across all trims for Creta. The Petrol (SX+) Automatic will offer refined driving pleasure along with high fuel efficiency. This new variant is equipped with AVN, projector headlamps with LED positioning, rear parking camera and sensors, smart key with push button, Chrome O/S door handle, Shark fin antenna, child seat anchor, 17” diamond cut alloys. There is a leather wrap on steering wheel and has a fully-automatic temperature control.

Creta has created a new segment in the Indian automobile industry. It is exported to over 85 countries and with its signature design language, the Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 Creta has set a trend for future SUVs manufactured by Hyundai. The price of the car starts from `12.86 lakh (ex-showroom).
