BENGALURU: For an entrepreneur to succeed, it’s important to be prepared to change as and when required. The dynamics of a startup change rapidly with new employees, customers, funding, competition, etc. Something that may have worked in the past, might not work in the present or in future and one should plan the next steps taking this into account to adapt their product and idea accordingly.
We initially started with an e-commerce portal using our proprietary technology but with time we realised the stiff competition in the sector. After a lot of introspection, we decided to focus on our technology and pivoted to B2B model which has proved great for us with the top fashion companies showing interest in the solution.
Change is challenging and scary but it’s essential to evolve and isn’t it the primary reason we decided to become entrepreneurs to begin with?
