CHENNAI: CSS Corp, a global provider of technology solutions, on Tuesday, announced the acquisition of Glow Networks, a telecommunications services and engineering company providing end-to-end network services, and the remote infrastructure management services (RIMS) business unit of InteQ, a leader in On Demand IT Service Management.
“These acquisitions are an important milestone in the growth of CSS Corp, scaling its revenues and adding significant technical capabilities,” said Nick Sharma, CEO of CSS Corp.
CSS will add telecommunication and IT convergence services to its offerings through the acquisition of Glow Networks. Based in Richardson, Texas, Glow Networks is a $30 million privately held company.

CSS will add 30 customers and partners with the acquisition of the remote infrastructure management services (RIMS) business unit of Boston based InteQ.
