Dil Johnson, founder of Play Design Studios, says, “Three-dimensional (3D) walkthrough is a realistic movie presentation which projects a step-by-step review of usability features or design of a particular building or structure. 3D walkthroughs will impact any property presentation, taking the viewers on a tour de force of discovery.”
“We are currently developing on a new service scheme which is oriented towards clients in UAE who are planning on building architectural projects in Kerala by providing up close interactions with the client at the same time providing on site services ensuring that the needs of the client are fulfilled on the site,” says Rahul Vinodan, co-founder of Play Design Studio.
Architectural visualisation has been a leading sector of the company with works ranging from residential projects to commercial projects, educational projects and large township renders. “Recently our renders have been published in several magazines and architectural websites,” he adds.
Play Design Studios thrives on creativity with new residential designs that are simple and at the same time original. “We have also expanded our expertise to several other fields, including web designing and advertisement photography,” Dil adds.
The duo is also planning to set up a visual studio at Edappally or Aluva within two years. They have also developed the 3D visualisation of a floating resort at Kumbalangi.
