Step onto SoCXO Platform and be the Brand Ambassador of Your Company

KOCHI:  Celebrity branding is passe. A web tool that can transform a company’s employees and well-wishers into its social media ambassadors has upended market strategies as we know it. SoCXO (Social Chief Officer) is a first-of-its-kind tool developed in India, which can help companies reach their target audience and influence their decision via social media networks of its employees.

“Through SoCXO, a company’s entire strength of employees can be spokespersons of that company by sharing company-approved content on their personal networks and help amplify the social reach and engagements of the company. It could be blogs, videos, white papers, job posting, webinars, press release and any content that needs visibility,” says Mukund Krishna, chairman of the firm.

“Nowadays, almost all the companies would have social media visibility through FB page, Linkedin and Twitter. But, when an employee promotes the company as opposed to the company itself, there will be an element of personal touch. Moreover, employees’ personal networks will have 10 times more reach than company-owned pages. For example: 100 employees with 200 average contacts per employee sharing 10 pieces of content a day can lead to 1 million impressions. Thereby boosting the prospects of the company in a big way.

Moreover, employees can share content through social media networks without the company compromising on its social media access policies. “The marketing or the respective team who owns SoCXO can decide which content should go to whom and then the employees can share the content to their social profiles from either SoCXO’s web/email/mobile interfaces without directly accessing social media. The team that owns SoCXO in the organisation can also decide which content is sharable and which is not. To ensure only safe content reaches the employees, we are providing an option of multiple approval workflow,” says Nishant Pillai, General Manager, Sales and Marketing.

“We are already piloting with a few banks and IT firms and they have agreed to take up SoCXO,” says Nishant.

Features

SoCXO works on iOS, Android and Windows platforms and employees can consume and share content on the go. The built-in reward mechanisms along with the gamification will help motivate and incentivise the employees. SoCXO will also help the company to track the earned media value and the number of likes, retweets, shares etc. the brand gained via employee networks.

SoCXO, which is all set to play the role of a game changer in the branding sector, is owned and funded by Suyati Technologies, an IT services company focusing on niche marketing technology solutions with an employee base of over 150 and with the network spread across the US and Europe.  For a free demo or a virtual tour, log on to: www.socxo.com
