Sensex, Nifty Trade Lower in Early Session

MUMBAI: Key Indian equity indices was trading lower on Friday morning following global cues.

The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex), was trading 37.27 points or 0.15 percent down during the morning session.

The wider 50-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading 15.80 points or 0.20 percent lower at 7,722.60 points.

The Sensex of the BSE, which opened at 25,301.70 points, was trading at 25,304.59 points (at 9.18 a.m.) in the early session, down 37.27 points or 0.15 percent from the previous day's close at 25,341.86 points.
