Titan CFO Joins Innoviti Board

Innoviti had raised Rs 30 crore in Series B funding earlier this year from Catamaran Ventures and New India Investment Corporation, Canada. 

BENGALURU: S Subramaniam, CFO of Titan, has joined Bengaluru-based Innoviti Payment Solutions, a provider of payment automation and credit distribution solutions, as the nominee of the Titan Company Ltd. 

Innoviti had raised Rs 30 crore in Series B funding earlier this year from Catamaran Ventures and New India Investment Corporation, Canada. 

Innoviti had in 2014 raised Rs 10 crore of funding from Tata Capital and a clutch of high net worth individuals.

Subramaniam currently heads the Finance and IT functions for Titan. Subramaniam has been driving strategic finance and has been a part of top management teams for the past decade. As part of his role on the board, Subramaniam will guide Rajeev Agrawal, Innoviti’s MD & CEO and the leadership team, on the overall financial & operational aspects of business strategy as the firm scales up its flagship solutions – uniPAY and smelending.com.
