BANGALORE: The High Court on Friday said that the Chancellor of state universities, Governor HR Bhardwaj, will decide on further course of action on the allegations against Vice-Chancellor of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Dr H Maheshappa.
A division bench in its submission that the application has now been left to the consideration of the Chancellor of state universities.
