BANGALORE: The inauguration programme of a stadium, distribution of cheques and Vajpayee Arogyashree cards to the beneficiaries will be held next to the Chowdeshwari bus stand (near JP Park, Ward number 17, Mathikere) at 10:30 am on Monday (19th March) .
Home Minister R Ashok will inaugurate the programme while Rajarajeshwarinagar MLA M Srinivas will preside over the function.
Mayor Sharadamma will be the chief guest on the occasion.
BBMP Commissioner Shankarlinge Gowda, Deputy Mayor Harish Ministers, MLAs, Lok Sabha members, MLCs, Leaders of the Ruling and Opposition parties, Standing Commitee members, Corporators and senior officials will also take part in the inaugural function and the cheque distribution programme, according to a press release from the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.)
