Secret of obtaining perfect ananda

Secret of obtaining perfect ananda

Man is always desires to get respect from others.

This expectation disturbs our mental peace.

People normally won’t praise anybody, they don’t spare even saints.

Even if they say good word about a particular person, it is not permanent.

The same people who praise you today may censure you tomorrow.

It is utter futility to expect praise from others.

So the best attitude is not to pay any attention to what others say.

_ ‘Shastra-Vasana’ or craze for learning: I should read all the Vedas and Upanishad and Puranas.

I must understand all the Shastras, I must become a great scholar — such an unquenchable craving is called shatra-vasana.

This keenness is not present in common people but it is very much there among the intelligent ones.

This does not mean that reading of the texts is of no use.

In fact books which explain the Secret of self-realisation and related topics are helpful for Sadhana and must be consulted.

But spending all the time in that is an execise in futility.

So all the cravings must be completely abandoned to get natural happiness.

_ Look at the worldly life as something Routine: As long as you are living in the body its activities have to be carried out and they are essential for the life to go on.

But the important aspect is with what attitude we look at it, treat it and use it.

In your heart, should know that the world is not real and there is no real happiness in worldly life.

Look at the worldly life as something routine and do not give much importance to the body and take interest in the things about the world.

Superficially have a belief that I am not the body and I am the ‘Atman’ who is present in the form of perfect ‘Ananda’ within us.

The mental turmoil like afflictions and cravings are generated by the external world and therefore it must not be taken as to be true, important and a source of happiness and worldly responsibility must not be viewed as a paramount duty to be performed.

You identify yourself with ‘Atman’ and not with the body so that ‘ananda’ should be shining forth from the heart.

_ The secret of obtaining perfect ananda: You many listen to any number of speakers, any where, normally you will find lectures on subjects like ‘earn more money.

’ No person brings about a change in the quality of the life of human being.

All of them support the desires you have and make it become more firmly rooted in you and take you away from perfect ‘ananda’.

Only spiritual texts and the Sadguru explains to you the real goal of human life and removes the obstructions of the experience of ‘ananda’ that is there in you and grant you life long happiness.

Sadguru advises you to renounce the attachment to the worldly life.

This is the secret of obtaining perfect ‘ananda’.

_ Experience of turiya state is very important: Turiya or the state of consciousness full of bliss is that in which one’s own state of being is specifically experienced by the person himself.

Tears of joy flow from the eyes.

A thrill of excitement passes through the body this happiness is far superior to any other kind of happiness in the world.
