BANGALORE: Annual Festival of Arts designed to create a festive event experience and community celebration took place on the premises of Canadian International School (CIS) recently.

The fair had paintings, clay modelling, drawings, ceramics and glass ware photography, paper puppets, photography, sculpture, jewellery and apparel hand-crafted goods.

The students also witnessed an engaging performance by a folk group from the Ramnagar Taluk. The drum dance with special costumes, the fierce makeup left the audience craving for more.

“We have promoted the arts and our yearly festival of arts week showcases how artistically inclined the students are. The level of creativity displayed by students is always fabulous to witness,” said Shweta Sastri, executive director of CIS.
