BANGALORE: A woman commuter, died after falling from a KSRTC bus at Nandagudi recently . The deceased is Neelamma (50) a resident of Shettyhalli. The bus was going to Chintamani from Hoskote at around 6.30 pm.
A car, which came from the opposite direction, hit the extreme right of the road. The bus driver, who tried to avoid hitting the car, lost control of the bus. In the commotion, Neelamma, who was sitting next to the door lost her balance and was thrown out of the bus. She sustained severe head injuries and died on the spot. A case has been registered at Nandagudi police station.
