BANGALORE: A family that was celebrating the birthday of a one-year-old boy least expected it would turn tragic. An explosion due to an LPG cylinder leak claimed the boy Nikhil Gowda’s life and left five including a three-year-old girl and a woman, badly hurt.

The incident was reported at Hegganahalli in Srigandhanagar in Rajagopalnagar police station limits late on Friday night.
