BANGALORE: The High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the PIL seeking investigation of all works undertaken in 29 BBMP divisions in the city following the multicrore scam.

Hearing the PIL, the division bench, on January 2, had issued notices to the State government, BBMP and the CBI to file an affidavit.

The petitioner had also sought a CBI inquiry into the scam. However, nobody belonging to the respondents appeared and the bench further adjourned for one more week and again directed them to file an affidavit.
