BANGALORE: A six-day-old baby boy was found abandoned at Jayanagar Shopping Complex in the early hours of Wednesday.
The police shifted the baby to Vani Vilas Hospital. It is said that the baby is healthy. According to the police, some ragpickers noticed the baby inside the complex. They informed the matter to newspaper agents, who usually gather there in the morning to collect newspapers. The message was passed on to Jayanagar police who shifted the baby to Vani Vilas Hospital. “It is not known who had abandoned the baby and we are investigating to trace his parents,” the police added.
