BANGALORE: Karnataka State Financiers Association has urged the government to set up a special court for speedy disposal of dispose of pending cases.

Speaking at a programme organised to mark silver jubilee of the Association here on Sunday, the Association President K Jayaram Sood said, “Many o financiers have lost their lives owing to bad recovery process. The government should come to their aid. Establishing the special court helps in early settlement of cases pertaining to financiers,” he demanded.

Speaking on the occasion, enterpreneur Dr P Dayanand Pai said the settlement of cheque bounce cases takes years as the person who issued is dragged to court.

Physically challenged persons and school children were entrepreneuriven cash prizes and books.
