A culmination of intellectual warfare and vibrant cultural performances unfolded at Kalrav, the annual student-fest hosted by private coaching centre FIITJEE Chennai, in Vani Mahal on Wednesday evening.

Nearly 200 school students enrolled in FIITJEE took part in the event that included Sumedha, a tech-savvy quiz show comprising five mind-boggling rounds on the different facets of science, filled with rapidfire questions and crossword puzzles that tested the participants’ knack for innovative thinking.

Eloquence, a cultural event gave the enrolled students a  platform to showcase their creativity. Chennai Mayor Saidai Duraisamy, who presided over the valedictory function, emphasised the importance of good reading habits.
