BANGALORE: Indian Institute of Job Training, vocational training provider is holding a job fair for the youth of Bangalore and promises job opportunities in various companies. The job fair is scheduled for February 11, 2012 from 10 am to 6 pm. The job fair would be held at the following locations, IIJT Education Private Limited, near Cool Joint, 4th Block — Jayanagar and IIJT Education Private Limited adjacent to Barton Centre, M G Road.
Currently, over 200 positions are available in accounts, hardware-networking and customer relations for candidates who are 12th pass, graduates and diploma holders.
Companies like Linkin Consulting, Kochar Infotech, Real Image Media Technologies and Appnomic Systems Private Limited are participating in the day-long job fair.
According to Shajan Samuel, divisional head at IIJT Education, “The career fairs are an effort from IIJT to bring jobs to a candidate’s doorstep when he is able enough.”
He further added, “As skilled manpower is getting scarce, this event will provide a platform to attain the talented resources that many companies are looking for.”
The organisation is looking at candidates with 0-2 years’ experience for the various positions in this job fair. This training centre has been conducting the fair across many cities in the country.
