BANGALORE: Governor Hans Raj Bhardwaj on Wednesday released a book on meditation written by Shri Nimishananda titled ‘Between You and Me Meditation Made Simple’ at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.

“Meditation is a way to control your mind. Human senses are like five wild horses and the body is the chariot. The person is the charioteer,” said Bhardwaj adding that meditation has various health advantages as well.

Nimishananda is the founder of the Shree Public Charitable Trust and presents age-old techniques in a practical manner to make them relevant to modern times.

The book has 239 pages and consists of metaphors and stories which make the reader understand the concepts of meditation. It is published by Konark Publishers and is priced at `295.
