Symposium a success

More than 200 students from various colleges participated in the symposium.

Mardigraz 2K12, a national-level technical symposium, was organised by the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Sakthi Mariamman Engineering College on the college premises at Thandalam on Tuesday. More than 200 students from various colleges participated in the symposium. This year more than 75 technical papers were received and of these, 12 were selected for presentation. Fun events at the symposium included the technical quiz, ad zap and circuit debugging.

The first three winners in each event were awarded prizes. The event was inaugurated by P Senthil Kumar, manager (HR), American Megatrends India Private Limited. He stressed the need for students to keep their knowledge up to date to stay ahead.
