BANGALORE: Max New York Life Insurance company announced the third Max New York Life igenius Scholarships-2012 for successful and innovative parent-child engagement initiative to support all-round development of a child. The igenius programme will also provide well-being sponsorships to 2,000 children from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Anisha Motwani, director and chief marketing officer of Max New York Life Insurance said, “igenius is an innovative engagement programme to understand and support the needs of young Indians. We are delighted to reiterate our commitment to sustained all-round child development and launch igenius 2012 for the third year in a row. About 14 lakh children from more than 1,000 cities enrolled for igenius scholarships in 2010 and 2011. It is multifaceted scholarship programme that recognises all-round talent
among children.”
This year a ‘primary category’ has been added to enable children from Nursery to Class 2 to participate in the programme. For the junior and senior categories, students wanting to participate in the scholarship programme can register online at www.igenius.org, or through the company’s branch offices and other networks. The last date for registration is March 31.
