BANGALORE: The sleuths of the CID Forest Cell arrested three persons and recovered 15 pieces of ivory plates.
The accused Faziullla Khan and Praveen are residents of Adilabad in Andhra Pradesh, while another accused Manoj Joshi is from New Delhi.
Police said that they had received information that the accused were trying to sell the ivory plates near Nalanda Theatre on Mysore Road.
Based on that, police swung into action and nabbed the three.
