BANGALORE: Kumar V Jahgirdar, former husband of cricketer Anil Kumble’s wife Chethana, has moved the High Court on Thursday, seeking direction to Bharathinagar police to file an FIR against Kumble in a forgery case he had filed against him. Jahgirdar had accused Kumble and Chethana of forging his signature to get the passport of his daughter reissued. Jahgirdar submitted that the police had not filed an FIR though the offence is cognizable in nature.
