BANGALORE: The High Court on Wednesday directed the BBMP not to disconnect unauthorised optic fibre cables (OFCs) till the next date of hearing of the case.
Senior counsel Venkataraman, representing the OFC service providers stated that even after the court order, the BBMP BBMP was cutting the OFCs violating the court order. Hearing the petition, Justice B S Patil directed the BBMP not to cut the OFCs and if they continue to do so, the court said that action would be taken against it and adjourned the matter for further hearing.
