BANGALORE: Next time if you find any illegal hoardings in your locality, be sure to contact BBMP’s control room at  contact 080-22660000. They will clear it. A press release from the BBMP said that Commissioner M K Shankaralinge Gowda requested public to inform about them to BBMP. Penaty will be levid against those who put up illegal hoardings. On Wedesday BBMP officials removed five cut-outs, 50 cloth banner, 80 plastic cars and  120 paper stickers. The officials slapped a penalty of `9,000 and `7,000 on Toppers Academy in JP Nagar for putting up hoardings in two different places.

Issue Solved

Two Assistant Executive Engineers of Jogupalya ward filed a complaint against Corporator Gautam Kumar accusing him of threatening them to clear files related to a work. However, the J B Nagar police managed to strike a compromise between them. Linganna and Hegde are the complainants who alleged the corporator of threatening them over phone to clear some pending files immediately.
