Biker Dies in Road Mishap

BANGALORE: A 43-year-old biker was killed on the spot after a lorry hit his bike from behind near Satellite Bus Station on Mysore Road in Byatarayanapura traffic police station limits on Thurs

BANGALORE: A 43-year-old biker was killed on the spot after a lorry hit his bike from behind near Satellite Bus Station on Mysore Road in Byatarayanapura traffic police station limits on Thursday night.

The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Rehamathulla, a resident of Thigalarapalya near Nayandahalli. He was working in a hotel on M G Road.

The police said that he was heading towards home when the lorry hit his bike from behind. He sustained severe injuries and was killed on the spot. The lorry driver fled the scene and the search is on to nab him.

Byatarayanapura traffic police have registered a case and are further investigating in this regard.
