Three Persons Injured in Accident

BANGALORE: Three persons were injured in an accident occurred at around 9 pm near Thamari Kannan Junction on Old Madras Road on Sunday night.

The injured have been identified as Krishna, aged 41 years, a resident of Amruthahalli, George, a resident of Koramangala, and his friend Jayaram, aged 65 years, a resident of Murphy Town. The accident occurred when Krishna’s Honda Activa hit the two-wheeler in which George and Jayaram were travelling.

They fell down and an unidentified vehicle ran over Krishna. All three were injured in the incident.

The condition of Krishna is said to be critical.

There was a big traffic on the road for about 30 minutes after the accident.

The people took police to task for not taking any measures despite complaining that the number of accidents was increasing on the road. The police pacified the protesters who later dispersed.

Ulsoor traffic police have registered a case and are investigating the case.
