Trousseau Week 2012 became a platform for most designers in Bangalore who could showcase their designsa amidst hordes of fashion lovers. Becoming the most eagerly awaited event in South India for brides and grooms-to-be, the trousseau week recently organised its 3rd edition.

A one-stop solution for all wedding planning, design and consulting needs, the event made it possible to turn out a dream wedding into a reality with the help of some of the most sought-after international and national luxury brands.

This year’s theme was Aqua and the venue on Vittal Mallya Road provided the perfect ambience, from its luxurious decor to its perfect blend of fashion and serenity.

Trousseau Week which started on October 17 and continued till October 21 showcased the current trends, designs and fashion in the wedding market from some of the best international and national brands in the world.

The gala night witnessed a Haute Couture Fashion Show by one of India’s leading choreographers - Achala Sachdev and feature celebrated models of the fashion fraternity from across the country, showcasing the best in bridal couture which was attended by the creme de la creme of Bangalore’s fashion society.

The evening also saw an acrobatic performance by international performers from Russia who had been flown down exclusively for this event.
