The chant that you were given is constantly resonating in your mind charging you with its divine energy. In this manner, visions of the super conscious will vary depending on the background of your religion, faith, belief and spiritual affiliations. You may see deities, sages, prophets, waves of all encompassing light, mystical symbols or anything else that is divine. You may hear bells, chanting or celestial music. You may smell divine fragrances. Whatever our meditative experiences are, we should remember not to talk about them to anyone except our spiritual Master, if we have one. When we discuss it with other seekers, it conditions their subconscious and they expect the same kind of experiences to come to them. It also boosts our own ego and strengthens it instead of dissolving it. So, we must allow such super conscious visions to establish inner connectivity with our Soul and let them go. We should not crave for such visions during every meditation session or expect the same experiences to repeat themselves. Such cravings and expectations become blocks that hinder our progress in meditation. Remember, you are flowing with the flow. Don’t hold on to anything. Just allow your Soul to propel you towards your goal.
If we look at it in another way, everything around us in the world today is a manifestation of somebody’s vision. The cosmos emerged from the vision that arose within the Pure Infinite Cosmic Consciousness. The divine forms and symbols we worship manifested through the meditative visions of enlightened sages. So, visualisation in any realm leads to actualisation if it is backed up with the right kind of energy and vibrations. If this vision comes to us as a result of our own karma, its actualisation may last for a few days, months, years or at the most one or two generations. However, if it comes from the activation of our faculty of intuition in the super conscious realm, its actualisation continues to assist and inspire people till the 207 end of creation. Let us understand this through a simple example. When we want to build a house, we consult an architect. From the visualisation and conceptualisation of the architect and our own inputs to him, a house is designed and built. Though this house is durable and beautiful, our own children may demolish it and build another after a few years or we may sell the property to someone else who may construct a shopping complex there. In any case this house will not remain for more than one or two generations.
This is because the vision from which it actualized came from our good karma. If it had come to us from the super conscious realm it would have been very different. For instance, the mystical wisdom that was revealed to enlightened sages and seers in their super conscious visions actualised as the scriptures or holy books which are revered by followers of every faith even today.
