The State Bank of India (SBI) is organising a three-day ‘Home Loan Utsav’ in the city from September 14 at its head office on St Mark’s Road. More than 55 builders are taking part in the event. The interest rates will be 10.
25 per cent for loans up to Rs 30 lakh and it will be 10.40 per cent for any amount above it, a press release from the bank said. The bank is offering car loans at 10.75 per cent.
The interest will be charged on reducing balance and the customers can avail spot approval of the property. Property tickets ranging from Rs15 to 20 lakh to Rs 3 to 4 crore are expected to be disbursed at the mela. Interest rates charged will be floating rates
